Pregnancy

Now, this blog is a little late since I am going on my 30th week of pregnancy but I thought I would share some things with everyone that I have been experiencing over this time period. Here I go...

I was tired before but now as the preganacy progresses it seems like I can NEVER get any rest! Everyone I've talked to is like " Oh honey just wait until the baby comes...it doesn't get any better." How encouraging is that?! At least everyone is honest with me about it and really, it is going to be worth every minute once I am holding that miracle in my arms. Another thing I've really noticed is the Charlie horses I'm getting in the middle of the night...HOLY GOATS! I think I've kicked the cat a few times trying to get out of bed and walk them off. :) The heartburn is just fabulous too! Tums and Pepcid AC are my friends...I would like to thank the person who invented those two things...God bless you!

Seriously though...all of those things don't compare to the joy I feel inside when I feel her kick and hear her heartbeat. When I see how happy everyone is for me and how Pat is about it...all those other things don't matter. So the weight gain (30 pounds by the way so far) and physical issues are just a little bump in the road right now. I just have to remember that God will NOT put more on me than I can handle! I hope I remember that when she's screaming and spitting up all over me...lol!
